GNM Form Date 2026 Rajasthan (RajGNM2026): The Rajasthan GNM Admission 2026-27 application process has officially started. Online application forms are available from 29 July 2026 (10:00 AM) and candidates can submit their applications online until 11 August 2026. The admission process is being conducted online by the Department of Medical, Health & Family Welfare, Government of Rajasthan. Interested candidates should complete the application form, pay the required fee, and submit the option form before the last date to participate in the counselling process.

The Rajasthan GNM Nursing Application Form 2026 is now available online. Candidates can fill out the application form from 29 July 2026 (10:00 AM) to 11 August 2026 through the official website. All eligible candidates are advised to complete the application process before the last date to avoid any last-minute issues

Documents Required to Fill the Rajasthan GNM Application Form
- Class 10th Marksheet or Certificate (for age proof)
- Class 12th Marksheet Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate (issued in the name of the candidate’s father or husband)
- EWS Certificate (if applicable, not older than 1 years)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable, not older than 3 years)
- Recent Passport-Size Photograph and Scanned Signature
- Regular Service Certificate (required only for candidates already working in the department with at least 5 years of regular service)
How to Fill the Rajasthan GNM Application Form?
The Rajasthan GNM application process is completed in three simple steps: paying the application fee, filling out the online application form, and submitting the college choice (Option Form).
Step 1: Pay the Application Fee
- Visit the Rajasthan GNM official website.
- Click on the Online Fee Payment link.
- Enter your mobile number and date of birth.
- Pay the prescribed application fee online.
- Save the Transaction No./Merchant Order No. for future use.
Step 2: Fill the Online Application Form
- Open the GNM Application Form link.
- Log in using your Transaction No., registered mobile number, and date of birth.
- Fill in all the required details.
- Upload your photograph, signature, and required documents.
- Review the form, submit it, and download the application form.
Step 3: Submit the Option Form
- Click on the Online Option Form link.
- Enter your GNM ID, Transaction No., registered mobile number, and date of birth.
- Select your preferred colleges.
- Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.
